While we do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, please keep in mind that Once Again – The Pre-Loved Clothing Store is a growing company and may not have the same return and exchanges policies that you’ll find at other stores.

What cannot be exchanged?
Only items described as Sales items cannot be exchanged.
What can be exchanged?
Any items, other than Sales items, are eligible for exchange if returned to us within 7 business days if they are received damaged, not as described or simply the wrong size for you.
If your item arrives damaged, not as described, or is simply the wrong size for you, please contact our Customer Service team and we will gladly replace any applicable items! If an item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving the damaged item.
Merchandise must have all tags attached, and sent back in their original packaging.
Send your package back to Once Again – The Pre-Loved Clothing Store, Postnet Suite 197, Private Bag X7260, Witbank, 1035, as well as the code of the item/s you wish to exchange with. * Please send with tracking; we are not responsible for packages lost by couriers or postal services.
The new item/s will be dispatched to you once you have paid the postal or courier cost and have forwarded proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org
