Terms and Conditions – Selling Your Items

• Once Again – The Pre-Loved Clothing Store will act as your agent to sell your There is an admin fee of R100 for every 50 items or part thereof. This admin fee is used to set up your account and to cover all processing and handling of your items.

• In the case of vintage items, the items must be clean and in good vintage condition, in line with age of the item and not be tainted by smoke or other odours. Once Again – The Pre-Loved Clothing Store reserves the right to refuse any item which is unsuitable for sale and does not meet the standards.

• Items proposed for sale should be brought into the store. The items will be inspected either at that time, or if not possible, then during the next 5 We will let you know if there are items which have not been accepted for sale and ask you to collect those items.

• Once Again – The Pre-Loved Clothing Store will retain the items for sale until sold or until you request the return thereof. The items may be advertised on the website and will also be displayed instore. Once Again – The Pre-Loved Clothing Store will retain 60% of the sale proceeds as it’s commission on sale. The balance of the sale proceeds will be paid to you by means of an electronic payment directly into your bank account.

• The revised commission structure will be applicable to items sold after 1 February

• Weekly payments will only be made for amounts exceeding Should there be amounts less than R100, payment will be held back until such time as the amount exceeds R100. Should there be amounts of less than R100 outstanding after the items have been returned to you, a special payment will be made.

• Your items will be included into the current stream and will be discounted accordingly. The colour of the price tag will change with every season and the older price tags will be subject to the necessary discounts.

• Once Again – The Pre-Loved Clothing Store will display your items in store where prospective buyers might handle and may try on garments and blemishes or the like may occur.

• All items left with us for sale remain your property until sold and are left at your own Once Again – The Pre-Loved Clothing Store will not accept any liability for items lost, stolen or damaged whilst in our possession. Your items are not insured against loss or damage by theft, fire or any other means. It is a fundamental term of this agreement that all items are left solely at your own risk and that no responsibility will be accepted by us for any loss or damage to your items caused by whatever means. Insurance of any clothing left with us is entirely your own responsibility.

• You accept the fact that the terms and conditions can be revised and updated as Once Again – The Pre-Loved Clothing Store grows and issues become apparent. You will be informed of any future changes, and it remains your responsibility to view and understand how the changes will affect you.

• By signing the agreement and by leaving your items with us, you agree to the contents as details above, or

• By having signed the agreement previously and having left your items with us, you agree to the contents as detailed above.
