What is your shipping and delivery policy?

Once Again Clothing shipping options are as follows:

• Collection from Witbank store: free
• Door-to-Door Courier (Main Centres): R120

Delivery charges are for the account of the customer and are non-refundable. Delivery costs are calculated at the end of your online purchase.

Once Again Clothing uses a number of different couriers to send items from Witbank to street addresses within South Africa, and Paxi as its click and collect partner. Note that main centres and outlying areas are stipulated by the various couriers, and Once Again Clothing has no discretion in this regard. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Once Again Clothing is not responsible for damage or loss incurred to any order, or part thereof, once it has been handed over to the courier.
